A complete set of 32 images is taken of all areas of the horse. Typically clients come to us for a certain area of concern and we take images of the whole body, simply because a common area of concern can be triggered by the effect of something going on elsewhere in the body.

Evaluation Types
- Whole Horse Evaluation - 32 Images strategically taken to capture all areas on the horse
- Saddle Fit Evaluation - 4 Images of horse pre-workout, then have horse ridden 10-15 min with saddle, but no saddle pad. Saddle is removed after workout and imaged and horse is re-imaged.
- Saddle Fit Evaluation - 4 Images of horse pre-workout, then have horse ridden 10-15 min with saddle, but no saddle pad. Saddle is removed after workout and imaged and horse is re-imaged.
How to Prep for an Imaging Session

- Remove all halters, fly masks, etc. from your horse.
- Be sure that no direct sunlight can reach the horse for a minimum of 1 hour prior to appointment
- Do not administer Phenylbutazone (Bute) Flunixin Meglumine (Banamine) or any other anti-inflammatory for 48 hours prior to the appointment unless directed by your vet or if you feel it is inappropriate to stop giving the medication.
- Please be sure to let us know if your horse is on any anti-inflammatory or other medications at the time you make your thermal imaging appointment.
